Got my upper and lower ball joints on my F150 replaced recently, the uppers are greasable. Should they be greased with the wheels on the ground, or the front jacked up with wheels in the air?

Shouldn’t matter. The joint is compressed tight by a rubber ring internal to the joint, so grease penetration will be the same either way.

That ball joint will move around in the first 15 minutes to get the grease everywhere. A slow motion video of wheel movement will show the ball joint gets unloaded hundreds of times per minute.
