You may have a plugged cat. That would explain your poor performance.

X2!

You can perform back pressure testing using a pressure gauge & adaptor in place of the front O2 sensors.

I made an adapter using a 18mm anti fouler & a brass fitting with a 1/4" hose barb.....Hose ran to my old vacuum/pressure gauge.

It's not in a county that has emissions. What's the process of deleting it? Wouldn't that still mess with the O2 sensors? Do you just pull them and drill them out?
Not really. It will likely sound terrible. Dont do it. Better to replace the cat.......you will need tuning to delete the cat properly. Yes, you would have to "mess with the O2 sensors", not physically, but in the computer.....again, dont go down that road.

Dumb question I'm sure but if you add an oil additive should you drain that much oil out? If I go to put ceratec in and it's going to be 1.5 bottles should I drain some oil first?

Since this was revived; any updates @FlyingTexan ?
I managed to get a lot of power back after running BG 44k in it for a tank and driving it hard. Before that I was pulling my father's boat to the water and couldn't get over 60mph. It was struggling. the BG 100% made a difference but I knew it'd be short lived so went and had it checked and the CATs were due for a changing so I went and had the exhaust changed. Runs like new now.

That's fantastic, nice work figuring it out!
