I have a 2002 dodge 3500 dually with the 5.9 cummins ISB td. it is midnight blue, and while looking at it lately i have been thinking that it would look good with the 22.5" 10 lug conversion with regrooveable tires, what opinions do any of y'all have and are there any disadvantages to this setup?

Besides 'looks;, does it give any real functionality advantage, given the loading capacities of your suspension, braking system, etc.?

Go with 19.5's, you'll have issues getting 22.5's on there where they don't rub turning. 22.5's are also very heavy and will kill mileage.
