2026 Charger Sixpack & Scatpack

^^Yes. But because of that drool factor, I think resurrecting the name "Sixpack" is a cheap shot.
Also, "Hurricane Six" was used in old WO Jeepsters (and other cars?), so it's a "Double Dip of Unoriginality".
I know it's demo-marketing (read: living in the past).
Too bad the inherent smoothness of the inline 6 wasn't highlighted instead.

These cars are more-than-OK in my book.

Why? 400+ torque and HP isn't something to sneeze at.
What's the point of that if it sounds horrid and makes one not want to make use of that power. If I had to hear that when I floored it I'd rather not floor it. I'd want a near dead silent exhaust and to always have music playing but I like driving in peaceful silence more nowadays just hearing road noise and exhaust.

Looks good sounds bad !

Same reason why, even if I ever get serious about my F150 and take it well over the 600rwhp mark, that I will never ditch the factory catback. Quiet under full throttle is waaaaay better than the sickly-sounding note of a V6 through something gross like glass packs (which is what most of the performance exhausts sound like even if they’re not actual glasspacks), plus it will let me hear the glorious tears of the unsuspecting muscle car falling behind me… 😂
