2025 VW Atlas

I just purchased a 2025 VW Atlas Sel R line. It replaced our 2019 Audi Q5 as we needed more room. Any owners of 24+ Atlas’s how are you liking your purchase so far. Any suggestions or things I should look out for also any issues you have encountered, it would be nice to hear.

My suggestion is to do top oil extractions as it's super easy and avoid the dealer for any services unless a warranty issue...

There's a lot of information concerning this known issue online. Various forums. I don't know if it was rectified for model year '25 or previous years.

How do you like the turbo 4 cyl? I've only driven an Atlas with the VR6, and found it quite nice.

I like it a lot. Has plenty of torque and is quick enough for me for what it is. I tend to like turbo engines they have good torque at low rpm. It should do better MPG especially on the highway than the 6. Engine feels about as strong as in our 2019 Q5 but its pulling more weight.
