This CUV has never been on my radar but after watching this video, it might be. I think it’s a good looking auto, inside and out these days. I priced out a LT for $31K, that a lot of car for that price. You could probably get it for below $30K without trying. Cloth heated seats without a moonroof, sign me up!

Coworker bought 2 one awd for her, and a fwd for her parents.
Seems to be quite happy with it

I wonder if they'll upgrade soon as the 26's are out to present a new video. 😅
Nice little CUV
$38,000 as equipped here seems to be high. Also sounds like the add on's start racking up the cost $28k to $38k for the one presented in the vid. Going to go look up the powertrain warranty now.

Looks like 5 yr/60k w/a note of exclusions like "Wiring". Always seems to me that GM is the worst for one headlight out. Just go out & look at vehicles & you'll see after a while. Burned out bulb? don't know just an observation on many I've seen over the years.

Owning a 2021 Equinox LT AWD 1.5T, I've followed quite a bit on the all new 2025.

Lots of info/entertainment system complaints on the forums with them if that matters to you. The 2025s have an all new 8spd AT in them, so no real data on them yet. Quite a few previous gen owners report worse fuel economy with the 2025.

The drivetrain, AWD system and chassis is largely unchanged from 2018 on. 2023+ uses the latest LSD 1.5T engine vs the LYX used from 2018-2022. The LSD eliminates the cam driven vacuum pump, adds improved piston rings and a boost to the high press fuel pump pressure. With no vacuum pump, they switched to electric brake boost which seems to be the norm these days.

I love my Equinox. I don't ~$35K like them though. I bought mine 3yrs old.

My buddy just bought a 2025 equinox RS before the new year and it’s a great vehicle. It’s quiet, good riding, good quality, nicely put together, great infotainment system. I’ve always liked the equinox is better than many of its competitors.

FWIW I test drove the 2022 Equinox and liked it but ended up with a Cadillac XT4 AWD because it wasn't that much more expensive and it was also American made. They're discontinuing the XT4 after this year so maybe a deal to be had?
