2023 Kia Sportage, AMSOIL OE0w-20 3,296 miles

This is my daughters Kia Sportage with the 2.5 Not the most powerful engine but gets the job done. Still new and breaking in. I did change the oil out at 700 miles, so this is the first use of AMSOIL's OE 0w-20 with the Kia oil filter. I see no reason this can't go 10k miles.

Looking good! I'd say 10K miles should be no problem.

Looks great but i'd keep it at 5k mile intervals (severe service). At least until the PT warranty is over.
This is the new Smartstream 2.5, correct? If so, some of them have had excessive oil consumption. I would monitor before increasing OCI.

I’d follow the severe maintenance schedule if it was mine.
