That's true-if you want your $50,000.00 plus asset siting outside in the snow-instead of inside over an extra foot of utility. I guess it may depend on where one lives.

The only caveat I saw is these prices are for the state of Maryland
meaning they want you to buy and inspect at the dealership.
Many dealers are doing this to avoid delivery damage issues etc.

Also true - Capacity #'s dont fully convey the differences under load.

The turbo trucks simply destroy the NA trucks at altitude and in heat while being able to pass uphill at will.
They are also quiet doing it.

The only 1/2 ton that can match this yota in the real world is the 3.5 ecoboost

If I were in the market for a new full sized truck, the Tundra would be it. That 1794 edition is a eye catcher and looks super comfortable.
