My Leafs are in tough against the Lightning but I'm hoping we can shake the curse. I'd love to see a Flames vs Leafs or Oilers vs Leafs final. I know a pipe dream but hey one can dream right...

Pittsburgh has exceeded my expectations and then some, the Rangers look like a team that is good on paper but just aren't quite there yet.

All series but one have been much tighter than I expected and it has been great to see.

Rangers I think are like Blue Jackets; haven’t broke thru yet. Pens have goalie issues but we chased their punk “Shesterkin” quickly last game. He doesn’t seem serve Vezina trophy. That’s my 2 cent

The only other team that I want to win right now is the Leafs. Not because I am a fan but because them winning would make things interesting and I'm sick of Tampa.

Here in Canada people who live outside of Ontario mostly cheer against the Leafs. So I'm all for Tampa winning over the Leafs. I'm sick of Tampa as well but not as much as I'm sick of hearing about the Leafs all the time.

Fire Sullivan and hire Trotz, that is my baseline solution.

So we get the Battle of Alberta and the Battle of Florida in the second round as well as STL and Colorado, who have plenty of history between them, with Carolina versus NYR.

The only series I want to take a crack at predicting is Carolina winning their series with the Rangers. The other three should be very tight and entertaining.
