2022 Honda Accord 2.0T UOA / 4000mi / 32000mi / M1 5w30 EP

I have a 2023 Type R with the 2.0 and I still struggle to decide what oil to end up running. I'm at about 16k on the clock and up until now I have not done UOA so I don't have and idea on what the fuel dilution is doing. So far I've I haven't gone over 4500 miles on any OCI and it's all been 0W-20. (PUP currently) I'm clearly not as knowledgeable as some of the good folks here on BITOG and that doesn't make my decision on what to run in the sump any easier.
Thanks.. That is kind of what I was thinking. I actually have a case of PUP 5W-30 I'm going to run next. I was playing with the idea of running HPL 0W-30, but I'm just hesitant to run my OCI for anything over 6k and running HPL at those intervals is probably a waste of money.

I dont even bother with more expensive oils, Kirkland 5w-30 and change every 4-5k. Its dexos gen3, should be good enough

And it’s been shown to be mechanical shear of the VM? That’s my question.

Many of those Honda engines are plagued with significant fuel dilution.
i'm not sure but the viscosity at 100 C tends to drop to around 6.5 cSt at 3000 miles which is too low for my liking.
