If a vehicle for sale has no title, why does it have no title? Why can't the seller just go to DMV and get a duplicate? This is always a red flag.

If it was a scam, the seller would have come up with a story about suddenly being deployed to Iraq and having to sell it today. Fake story and no car. Here, it's a real car that's hot and you'll probably get robbed when you bring the cash.
