I only have 47k on the 2020 ter off road truck. It's essentially pristine. I put a ceramic coat on it, put 6112 and 5100 bilsteins and lifted front with rear leafs. I planned on swapping fluids to amsoil with ravenol in transfer case. When I called dealership they said they would not use my fluids and didn't recommend servicing transmission as it was sealed unit. They said they would if I really wanted too but they don't recommend until 100k.

I'm not worried so much about the miles it's just the years the fluids have been there. I have a warranty until 100k but I'm not sure if there is a time frame stipulation as well. The only thing they recommended were spark plugs coming up.

Should I just roll with it and appreciate a shop not trying to sell me **** I don't need or should I try another dealership that will swap fluids and use what I'm wanting to use? I plan on swapping coolant and brake lines soon as well

I would service all the fluids at 1k and 3k and inspect for wear particles, then again at 20-50% of the severe service interval. If everything looks good I would consider following the mfg recommended severe service interval.

While at it, I would add magnets where I could or appropriate (diffs, transmission, transfer, power steering, etc).

So yes, at 43k and 5 years you are well past due for the break-in service.
