Results from Dad's truck finally came in! How's it look?

Looks good. Unfortunately, there is no oxidation value so you can't see if it thickened to offset the fuel dilution which usually drops the viscosity regardless of how shear stable it is. This is why I won't use B/S Labs anymore. If B/S Labs is showing 2.0% fuel it is likely much higher than that.

The crazy high TBN of HPL likely comes from all the Mg they use. They're using about double of what Amsoil SS uses.

I would not be worried about the Al count yet. There can be "particle streaks" that occasionally cause a small, short spike in the softer metals. The other wear metals are fine.

Good UOA even with the fuel dilution. Hard to tell if the oil was thickening but the additives still look good with the TBN. I'd stick with the 10k changes and not go further. 10k because its HPL, otherwise I'd go less

I'd say 10k on this oil would work well. Virgin test would give a better idea on Al but it would be wise as @buster mentioned to get fuel readings at the minimum from a different lab. Blackstone is great for their averages and other general test results though.

Wow, 2% fuel dilution and still right there in the middle of viscosity!

I would run that all day long.....that is some killer stuff.

If it was me, I might test another OCI at 5k, just to see fuel dilution at that mileage, to see correlation in wear.
