Maybe it comes with an oil bottle(think old steam locomotive) where you can lube the top end before starting her up.
 
Question is :this 2018 Camry hybrid is designed for 0W16 or 15W40 ?
It can't be both right.

Toyota knows if they don't make *w40 acceptable they'd only sell 3 or 4 of them down under!

So the 15W40 is all marketing stuff from Yota .... and to be taken with a grain of salt as it may not be physics related ?
 
I'd be more concerned about the 15W than the 40 to be honest ahaha
Especially if you live in a colder area.

No, possibly based on reality/physics not mandated fleet mileage.

Or, Australia gets all the engines with the loose tolerance stack and needs the -40 to fill the gaps.
