FYI..Here is a link to the used oil analysis on a 2017 RAV4 Hybrid I had done at 30k when I did the oil change. As in your case, it was the first one after the Toyota Care 2 complimentary changes.

It is getting closer, so I choose the winner for my next oil change, first one after all my freebies. It will be Rotella Gas Truck 0w20. I am able to buy it for a good price after the rebates.
