OE rotors on Toyota are OK for 20mph below speed limit. Anything more aggressive and they are shoot. Not to mention that they are undersized. I used with success EBC Premium rotors on Land Cruiser Prado and Sienna. Much better than OE. Now I have Raybestos Element3 rotors and Pagid pads on Sienna. All these combinations resulted in much better performance than OE minus more dust.
OP, one thing on your HL is that at 120k Toyota wants you to change brake booster. Keep that in mind.
 
Try again. I think Rockauto just started shipping to Colorado again.
Colorado or certain cities? In June I ordered really specific rotors for upgrade I am doing on BMW to address of my wife’s cousin in Chicago as they didn’t want to ship to Colorado Springs. When I was there I picked them up.

On another note, anyone tried PowerStop rotors/pads? Judging by the price I imagine they're chinese imports, but curious if anyone has ran them?

Powerstop rotors are excellent. The Geomet coating lasts at least 2 years :)

When you say Toyota will want to change my brake booster at 120k is that a dealer recommended action or manufacturer? Is there a good reason for doing this or is it just arbitrary preventative maintenance based on failures they’ve seen? I’ve had cars with over 400,000 miles and never replaced a brake booster.

It's for the 2GR-FKS ( not sure about earlier version ) and it's manufacturers scheduled service that's in the owner's manual. Replacing it involves removing some of the same stuff required when doing spark plugs.

Yep, manufacturers maintenance item. I have had 40+ cars with no issues on brake booster, yet I have one now dead on Sienna at 80k.
I am delaying replacement as I don’t drive this POS that much.

Yikes. Look like $725 for the OE part. WTH, Toyota..

120K service for the 2GR-FKS engines requires a vacuum pump replacement, not the brake booster.

One secifically that I remember on their TQ Line i noticed some had metal shims, Answer, some calipers had thin wall pistons that would punch through the TQ material, he knew his stuff
And once the “insulator” on a Wagner ThermoQuiet pad is cut into, squeaks galore. I fixed that with disc brake quiet on the backs.

I never had luck with them on Toyotas. They worked OK on a Subaru. But they are fine on a Ford I used them on.
 
NOT sure how I got involved, but TQ pads don't need shims, except they have shims on certain applications where the caliper piston is thin walled and will punch thru the TQ material, the pre-installed shim prevents this.
