Parents purchased one these was wondering what problems were common issues. I thought the stretched timing chains had been fixed by 2016 but not sure.

Need more info. What is the mileage? Where was the car originally delivered to (rust belt vs south, or western U.S.)?

105,000 miles. Car has been in the west it's whole life, no rust. As far as service records the ones I can find are dealer and independent.
My wife has had one for about 6 years. It’s been quite trouble free(knock on wood) for her. She does a lot of short tripping in town. I usually change the oil at 20% on the oil life monitor which winds up being around 3500 miles. I change the filter every other oil change. The filter is kind of a bugger to get at.
The ac hoses. I used to replace lots of them due to leaks.
