VCM Muzzled since 88k now has 109k.
No oil usage between changes.
PCV changed 20k ago.
Valve adjustment has not been done.

Last summer I got a p0420 after a few hour highway trip at 80mph
Reset and didn't come back for a few months of more urban driving.

Now the CEL is p0420/p0430 but mostly p0420

If I run a tank of fuel cleaner like chemtool or techron the light will stay off for a month but the time before it comes back on is getting shorter.

Here is a link to my 02 sensor/fuel trim live data from torque app at idle, rev in park and then driving a bit.
0-50 sec is idle
50-1:45 approx 2500rpm rev in park.
Then about 2 minutes of driving.

I'm not sure where I should begin my investigation.
I guess my question is do the sensors appear to be reporting correctly and the cat efficiency is just subpar?
I've crawled underneath and I don't think I have any exhaust leaks.

It seems like for a second or two when I let off the gas the equivalence ratio/ lambda will hit 2 briefly.
Letting off the gas is when I see the spikes.
I'm not sure if that's normal or not.

This is at idle.

Are the dips/spikes when letting off the gas normal?

For what it's worth I tested the live stream data on my Odyssey with exact same engine also muzzled but has 170k on it and has never thrown a cat code.
The behaviors of the sensors are nearly identical. Drops and spikes after letting off the gas.
The S2 sensor that hovers close to 0.7-0.6 may have slightly more moving but I'm might just be grasping to find a difference.
