2013 Nissan Versa blower motor only blows on high

Took the chance on a 2013 Nissan Versa. Seems the A/C and fan only work on high setting (4). On anything below, the blower turns off as if it’s on the off setting.

Any experience with these and what’s the solution?

simple the part that controls the different voltages/speeds of the blower fan has died. @ClutchDisc as they said, it's the control module/resistor. The reason it works on only high is because without that resistor (resisting the voltage to slow the fan speed) you're at full 12volts.. full speed.
 
Had a Dodge Colt (Mitsubishi) years ago with the same problem. The blower motor was wired so that unresisted power to the motor had it on full speed. On the 3 lower speeds power went through a resister with three different levels of resistance. When that piece went out, the blower only worked on full speed.

This^^^^^it's a 5 minute job to replace.
