Wear metals are low for the miles. No concerns.

KV100 - 9.3 cSt (20 grade = 6.9 - 9.2 cSt)

The oil has some slight oxidative thickening. Starting KV100 is 8.6 cSt. Oxidative thickening is a normal occurrence with every oil. No concerns.

TBN - 3.7 mg KOH/g (virgin = 13.5 mg KOH/g)

The TBN is still good with some life left.

I replaced this oil with more HPL PCMO 10W-20 and a Fram Endurance FE10575. I'll resample again in another ~15,000 miles.

I don't blame you & with the visc just barely starting to thicken it's a good time to swap out.

I have the same engine in my 2012 F-150, 230k miles and not an ounce of trouble besides a waterpump, spark plugs, oil changes and air filter. Buy one with absolute confidence.

I run 10W30 in mine but after seeing this UOA would not hesitate to run 10W20 or any HPL oil
