2012 Honda Accord steering wheel shakes and feels like not shifting thru all gears. several times clunked when putting in reverse. Tires balanced and aligned ok.

Did the wheel shop check for a bent rim or a tire that isn't round?

If the steering wheel is shaking at idle when the car is in gear, does it smooth out when placed into park or neutral? If so, check the ATF level...those symptoms suggest low ATF and/or the torque converter is failing.

The clunk while shifting to reverse does indeed suggest a failed motor mount...typically the rear hydraulic filled motor mount.

2 different issues, more info needed. Steering wheel shakes sitting still at idle or while driving? You can count how many shifts you get and decide if you're not getting all the gears. Did everything start at once?

Drove today, wheel steering wheel starts shaking at @30 mph and shifting smooth. When braking steering wheel shakes more, but no squealing of brakes. Does not pull alignment is good.
