Hello, 3.0 Cadillac diagnosed with cylinder 2 misfire, changed, plugs, wire, and coil packs still misfire in cylinder two. The next level diagnostic found nothing mechanical wrong. They tried a heavy intake cleaner, and it didn’t help. Also did a great fuel additive still didn’t help any ideas?

You can swap the suspect injector with an adjacent one and rescan computer codes to see if code follows the suspect injector. A wiring harness issue will prevent injector from working. You should have a constant 12v and the computer will pulse the other lead to ground potential to energize the injector.
I would check the injector with a scan tool and not disturb any DI injector without putting new teflon seals on it. A new OE one for this is cheap enough. Check Rock for ACDELCO 2173449
Hopefully, this meant a compression test.
