2011 Chrysler Town and country with the 3.6. It has the older cartridge filter for the Penatars so have limited options. Right now it has the Mopar with PP running 5000 oci. Should I stay with Mopar or got to fram TG or wix? Thanks for the input.

At a 5k OCI on synthetic oil - just run whatever is available and cheap. I run a Wix for two 8k+ OCIs w Mobil conventional on my son's 2015 Chrysler w a Pentastar. No issues so far.

^ I thought that was your backup screen name ARCO? (Kidding!)

jx- I ran Napa/Carquest filters on my 2013. They're all good filters for this style drop-in element. I'd run ours until the OLM lit up. Typically 7000mi or so.

Early on Chrysler had a tsb regarding aftermarket oil filters for the Pentastar. It's been a while but I want to say some didn't fit right. I imagine a quality aftermarket one would be just fine these days, but I use Mopar ones on mine.

Your OCI is perfectly fine for the OE filter, that's what I run in my '13.
