OP- I wouldn’t worry about changing the tensioners. They were redesigned in 2004 and the 4.0 SOHC has been a reliable power source. If it sounds right on startup then I wouldn’t even begin to think about changing the tensioners.
I wouldn’t want the dealer swapping parts unnecessarily, it’s almost a guarantee they will break something or botch the repair in some other fashion.
