Any idea what this noise can be? I don't feel any kind of hesitation when driving. I have the oil changed every 6 months or 5k miles with full synthetic 5w-20. The car has 152,500 miles. I did the spark plugs and an ignition coil around 143k miles.

Video of the noise

That might be. Have had a noisy one that did not leak years ago. Can you pull the water pump belt and check for play ? Start it up and see if noise goes away
Won't be able to star it with the belt off. No power will be going to the alternator. I'll see if I can pull the belt off the water pump and see if the water pump is loose.

Sure you can, I’ve done it many times trying to diagnose noises.

You may not even need to remove the belt, just release the belt tension, if you can safely put a wrench on the tensioner and run the engine.

Hard to tell over video but if it sounds like the engine is going to blow up then it’s the water pump. If it is a different noise then you will probably need to investigate further.

I took the belt off in the morning and started it. But, I think you can still hear the noise. Oh well whatever. Taking the belt off took me 5 min. Putting the belt back on was a pain. I was trying for 3 hour to get it back on. Called my brother in law and we got the belt on within 10 min2008 toyota camry noise with belt off

I took the belt off. I can't tell but I think the noise is still there

Stethoscope or long screwdriver to your ear. Being very careful with the latter. Front of the cam/valve cover where the phasers are is where I would start.

Camrys of the earlier 2000s had a TSB for something in the intake plenum rattling. Not sure if it applies to your era but it’s worth looking into.
