we have a 2007 4x4 suburban at work 96k, runs 20 of 24 hours since new, hard driving, lately failed to start but cranked, local shop "repaired connections", next week same scenario, same shop said fuel pump and replaced, next week same and local dealer kept 3 weeks replaced fuel pump and tank, next week smoke smell. part time we get seat belt chimes running continuously, all warning lights flashing on off in sequence, most warning lights stay on anyway but the all flash is intermittent. I'm thinking tweek in any master plugs, extra ground wires, oh I think locks click on / off sometimes (we have a 2006 suburban with similar problems) thoughts? 2 gm dealers, 2 indy shops can't do much with a remodeled chevy pick up. Thanks.

Do you mean it runs 20 hours a day? It almost sounds like your PCM is toast. Are you throwing any codes?
we run with a full panel on, meaning abs, stabilitrac, esc triangle, red brake warning, check engine, airbag, tps message, service 4 wd, etc. either on or everything flashing on / off in synchro with buzzer dinging. What is the PCM? A body wiring control module? I would wonder if the all flashing would be a clue Sherlock Holmes style. And yes, probably 20 of 24 hours every day engine is at least idling.

Some call it an ECM (engine control module) or PCM (powertrain control module.
It should be under the hood in those years. Should be a metal box with a few large multi pin connectors coming out of it. Not sure how many in that year.
It could also be the BCM, I think it is under the dash in 2007, that will cause some funky issues.
