I've read Hyundai's quality has increased dramtically in the last few years and a 5 year bumper to bumper warranty seems unbeatable.

As my Olds van is past 150,000 miles, I know the time to replace it is coming up sooner or later. I've been looking at the Hyundai Entourage everytime I ride by the dealership, and from afar I really like it.

The new Hatchback looks nice. I might drive one one day. I've heard that it's the quietest Subcompact on the market. The interior looks nice though, and the package looks good.

A little off-topic here, but the local Hyundai dealer has been offering '06 Azera SE's for $20K during the last few weeks. If I was in the market for a new sedan, I'd be seriously considering it over a Fusion, Camry or Accord. I'm pretty sure you couldn't get a similarly equipped version of the previously mentioned cars for less than $25K...and of course, there's the warranty too.

buy american blah blah blah...

actually test drive everything buy what you want

I ended up with a 07 focus for 12,600
with power locks mirrors windows, cruise , foglights
tach, mp3 radio.. its not bad at all...
(automatic would be 700-800 more)

I can't believe with all of the options offered on the upgrade package of the Accent SE you still can't get cruise control.

I'm thinking of getting a small hatchback and Honda Fits and Toyota Yaris are almost impossible to find around here.

My thought would be to wait for the 2007 Elantra, new Focus, and new Corolla before deciding on any small car.

Yeah, what's wrong with a company that won't offer cruise control in a commuter car?

I don't believe cruise is offered in the Fit or Yaris either ... makes me consider an 06 xA.

BTW, the new Focus & Corolla is at least a year away.

aftermarket cruise works for a friend who didn't want a $1200 package on his vibe that included power windows etc.

He considered not only the expense but that he wanted something simple yet comfortable on the highway.
