2004 CHEV CAVALIER TAIL LIGHT

GIRLFREINDS CAV HAS A PROBLEM WITH LEFT REAR SIGNAL LIGHT NOT WORKING,YOU CAN TOUCH THE CONECTOR IT WILL WORK FOR A WHILE.I WANT TO GO AHEAD AND REPLACE BULB,SEE IF IT STOPS.ANY IDEA HOW TO GET THE BULB OUT?THANKS,GEORGE.

Aren't this bulbs just push in and twist to release.
Lefty loosey. Helps to look at the replacement bulb to see how far in you need to push to allow the side pins to rotate.

If its not the bulb,some of these plastic bulb panels are suspect but are cheap to replace.

DO I HAVE TO REMOVE THE PLUG IN CONNECTOR?CAN'T GET THAT UNPLUGED.WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO THE GOOD OLE' DAYS OF REMOVING THE LENS WITH A SCREW DRIVER ?ANYWAY THANKS.ANYMORE SUGESTIONS APPRECIATED.

You access the bulbs through the trunk. I'm not sure whether you have to remove the tail lights or if you can replace w/o removal of the lights. Your owner's manual should describe how to replace the bulbs.
