Stock coolant in those would have been either the Toyota red or pink (can't remember which in an 03), so that makes sense. I've noticed the gen 5 Camrys with the Toyota pink stuff seem to need a small top-off every couple of years with no detectable leaks, it seems like some of it just evaporates out of the overflow tank.
