2002 Honda Accord with 67k and history of draining battery but after charging it this time around the BATTERY light is still on including the door/tail light on dash, brake light on dash. Now the transmission is slipping and that is something that I would not expect unless there is something electrical not getting sufficient power(ECU). I would suspect it is the alternator. I have heard that this year Honda Accord has had trouble with transmission slips. Hopefully the slipping is related to some kind of sensor. My 91 honda civic Si has had a history of bad alternators and each time it was going bad my RPM's would go crazy up and down. I was told that you always want a fresh battery when installing a new alternator. Could my problem be the alternator, battery, transmission or all mentioned...Please advise
