Whatever 0W20 that meets Dexos1-Gen2: Mobil1 EP or AFE, Pennzoil Platinum, or whatever else you find that meets the spec. Plenty of options.
PF63 is the ACDelco filter spec'd for both engines. Very common filter with many cross-references across pretty much all brands.
Personally, I'd run Mobil1 EP 0W20 and a Delco UPF63R filter.

Quaker State 5W30 , it won't hurt mileage
In SAE 5w30 viscosity, I'd recommend Quaker State Full Synthetic (QSFS), Valvoline Advanced, or Valvoline Extended Protection. I second the Fram Ultra Synthetic oil filters as well. I've had great service from these, to include Costco's Kirkland full syn oil in the same grade.

Since your under warranty you want to use what is written on your oil cap which is 0w20. I run only Mobil 1EP and sometimes AC Delco in my 5.3 and use only AC Delco filters. All that IMHO.
My son has a 2014 GMC Sierra 5.3 125,000 has run Pennzoil Platinum Ultra 0W-20 and Fram Ultra. No problems.
