1993 F150

Hello, I need some help. Got a 1993 F150 4x4 V8 5.0l 302. Has 113,000 miles on it and runs well. Wondering what oil to put in it. Right now it has Valvoline MaxLife 5w30.
I've read on your forums about dino, moly and don't have a clue what you mean. What would you think would be best for my rig? Thanks.

My personal experience says that motor likes 10-40 oil. but in the 3 years since mine was drilled and yours was drilled, nothing changed but the owners manual recommendation ;-)

at that mileage, u are halfway there. if you are not hearing a valve clatter on startup - maintain course and speed
