1993 F150

Hello, I need some help. Got a 1993 F150 4x4 V8 5.0l 302. Has 113,000 miles on it and runs well. Wondering what oil to put in it. Right now it has Valvoline MaxLife 5w-30.
I've read on your forums about dino, moly and don't have a clue what you mean. What would you think would be best for my rig? Thanks.

My personal experience says that motor likes 10-40 oil. but in the 3 years since mine was drilled and yours was drilled, nothing changed but the owners manual recommendation ;-)

at that mileage, u are halfway there. if you are not hearing a valve clatter on startup - maintain course and speed
