Some of those car models appear to be very late 70's maybe '78 or later. And the video would have to be somewhat later than that maybe even very early 80's.

I agree entirely, I'm pretty sure this vid was made in the early 1980's, actually. One of the cars in it is a 1979-up Mercury Capri, and another one is a 1979-up Dodge Colt.

Sure, it could have been made right in 1979, but sometime around 1980-1982 makes more sense.....
