I run 85/55 often and take Vitamin E in a light dose to crank it up some. Not on any meds. I am a bypass survivor and now they tell me i need another one. With BP like this and low cholesterol I need to get a 2-3rd opinion. Nuts.

This lost pair showed up on our property last week. Sweet obedient dogs but no ID. We called the animal shelter and they are going to keep them and hopefully owner inquires. After a while if no one claims them they will be adopted out as a pair. If I didn't have cats and all I would have kept them.
