What a surprise I got today.
This is one field of three of a property I own. Had 5 years of growth before I bought it. A real mess like 8 feet tall bushes and trees.
A local farmer asked what I would lease the lots for. I said nothing if you clean them up.
I haven't been there for 3 weeks and this morning I saw this. I said to myself there is a god...wow..

No a local farmer that has many large properties in the area. I wish I saw him do it as I mow vast acres but this was no small feat. He has the equipment..
