10 years straight of total boredom

Since 1976 I've had one green car, three white cars, three in gold, one silver, one dark blue, three dark gray, and one ruby red. I wish we had more choices, both in exterior and interior colors. Everything domestic nowadays seems to be only upholstered in black or gray. Ditto for the majority of Euro and Japanese cars.

Hardly see any green cars anymore. Green with beige interior is classic on old British cars.
I saw a recent-model metallic sage-colored Lexus ES with a cream interior last week. It really stood out. For a long time Infiniti was the only one doing a light sage green, but I haven't seen one in a long time. A dark bottle or forest green with a cream interior would be fantastic.

Silver looks cleaner longer than anything, is definitely a no fuss color albeit not real exciting. White looks super classy on the right car, not good on the wrong one.

never going back to dark colors....silver and white for me.....actually it's platinum white pearl(Honda) and (Subaru)ice silver metallic..

And what is the deal with black interiors? It's like 90% of the vehicles sold. Neither my wife or I care for black at all, inside or out.

Atikovi that is not "money red" it's "Pull me over red"! 😜

Unless the color is awful, it doesn't really matter to me. When I bought my 07 Mustang last year I was not in love with the Tungsten Grey....but I have grown to really like it now.

White, grey, silver, and black is what I see when I look out my window at the office, out into the employee parking lot. Such an unimaginative bunch.

When I was shopping for my BRIGHT RED 2017 Sierra... I was so sick of seeing 2 shades of white, 6 various shades of grey/silver, and 2 or 3 various shades of black... but that was about 90% of what was out there for used units. Once you get past those bland colors, you have bright red, sport red, and blue (if you're lucky). That's it.

Dull colors are boring even on a Ferrari or Porsche.

Definitely blue or red, or even a form of gray..... like Mazda’s beautiful polymetal gray.

Always thought red sells the best, as is, Money Red.

The owner of that house is wondering why his area looks like a Cal Worthington car lot.

Well, when the dealers only stock white, Grey, black, silver, maroon, and the occasional electric blue, with, of course, a grey or black interior.......

I have black interior as it was part of an option package, but it also is ideal for me as a mechanic. Sometime I get some drops of oil on my head and can't shower at work. Interior will become black anyway.

"The most popular car color of 2020 was this.

It's not that colorful at all"

https://www.foxnews.com/auto/most-popular-car-color-2020

White 38% Black 19% Grey 15% Silver 9%. Monochomatic mania.

First real colors were blue at just 7% and red at just 5%.
White and Black are not even colors by definition.

White and black are excluded from this definition because they do not have specific wavelengths. White is not defined as a color because it is the sum of all possible colors. Black is not defined as a color because it is the absence of light, and therefore color.

I used to have a dark green car, you hardly see that color these days.

My truck is silver and even when I know that it needs washed, it doesn't actually look bad. My wife's car on the other hand is black, it looks absolutely gorgeous for about 10 minutes after I detail it. I have vowed to never own a black car again.

Maybe it's just me and the area around me but white and pearl white seems highly popular with women drivers. I've only had 1 white vehicle in my life, an IROC-Z with T-s! Black is my favorite but difficult to maintain, especially when you keep it for 10+ years. I wen't charcoal instead of black for my 15 F150 as barring some major issue I'll have it 12-15 years.
