09 Lexus RX350 with 26k miles

I think the harmful effects of sitting are overly exaggerated by most people. Rubber doesn’t need “exercise.” In fact, if you read Canada’s technical paper on rubber preservation here, use only stresses rubber more.

I would much rather buy a 25k miles $10k car than a 100k miles car that’s several years newer. OP, your car has a lot of life left in it.

Gutsy move. a long drive on a big unknown vehicle and no maintenance before the trip
It was her best friends husband’s father’s car. Even though it sat in a garage for 6yrs after he died, the son would go over and drive it, change the oil, put new tires on it and even flushed the radiator recently. I can’t believe none of the kids or grandkids wanted it.

This evening I finally got to see it and drive it. If you didn’t know it was a 2009 and got in it, you would think it is a new car. Even has the new car, new leather smell. There’s no deterioration of any trim or rubber. The oil is clean even after driving it back across country. I wasn’t able to see the oil cooler hoses. I really can’t get under the car to see anything because of a bad knee that is getting a partial replacement next week.
My daughter really lucked out with this vehicle

Great deal. I just bought a near mint 2011 328i Xdrive for $13k. 36k miles with full service records, 1 owner, also drives like a new car. No regrets, these luxury cars sell for $60k new

Was this car garaged?
