I changed the oil after this final analysis.

Do you think I left this oil in too long?

I also got a TBN 9.15 and a TAN of 5.5

Iron seems a bit high, and silicon is climbing, however I see nothing to hit the panic button over. TBN of 9.1 after 21k km? That's some staying power! Vis has sheared down (typical in a PSD) but stayed level once it dropped.

With the bypass installed, why did you change this lube? The climbing iron and silicon would lead me to look for a air filtration leak.

I just changed as summer towing season was upon us and want fresh oil.

I have never opened up my air filter since the it has a filter minder and shows that it is good. However if it has a some failed areas it will never pull enough restriction to show that it is plugged.

Any suggestions as to how and where to check for an air filter leak?

Air leaks can be difficult to find at times.

The upside is that it's all just common sense. Start at the intake and work your way back. Look for loose seals, cracked parts, etc. Make sure the filter is completely and properly fitted and installed in the housing. Look for cracked boots, loose clamps, etc.

One trick is to pull the system apart, and see if you can find fine dust on the inside of the intake system. Wherever the dust starts, the leak is just upstream.

Do you have a stock, or aftermarket air system? Sometimes the aftermarket systems do not perform well if not maintained properly.

Darn good advice!

Well, then I have little explination for the increased silicon. Perhaps you've been in "dustier" areas recently?

Not time to panic yet, though. Let's roll through a few more OCIs with UOAs and see how things settle out. Could have been an isolated incident. You've got two increasing silicon counts. Let's hope this doesn't become a trend.
