0411 fan 2 output for trans cooler?

Yes, You'll have to modify fan On/Off temps in the calibration. I'm sure you know both outputs are controlled off ECT not trans temp.
Originally there are 3 relays that run both fans at half speed (In series) for Low Speed & then full speed (In parallel) for High Speed. But that won't stop you from doing what you want.

Temp Switch & Relay, There are coolers with a NPT port for temp switches.
