04 Ascender front diff leaking

Looks like the front diff is leaking right where the drive axle goes into the diff. Does the seal just have to be replaced or is it a bigger job then that? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I take it this has an IFS? I am not really familiar with the model...with an IFS, removing the axle and replacing the seal should not be a big job and yes, I would suspect the seal...
