I would say that depends on the vehicle, but mostly, I agree. In my case, I use an oil extractor and pull the oil up from the dipstick. Same for ATF changes.

I did something very similar to my GEN1 Honda Pilot: - Philips H11 VisionPlus for low beams - SIRIUS LEDs for reverse lights - FAHREN 9005 LEDs for high beams This way I dont blind people when I'm driving along at night with my low beams, but the LED high beams are just amazing.

I winterized my 3 outboards, all of which are Suzuki (6, 20, and 115 HP). Each got Bass Pro 10w30. The lower units all got Quicksilver HP gear lube.
