    2001 Subaru 2.5L Auto 5064miles

    Gm's 25,000 mile oil change ??

    Perhaps this has been covered before..I needed to look up some info on Mitchells 1 and noticed the Cadillac line of cars recommend the oil changes be done every 25,000mi useing 5.5-8 qts depending on the size of the motor..I find it hard to understand how, for example, 5.5 qts of oil can be good...

    Silicates and MSDS question

    concerning coolants..do silicates have to be listed in the MSDS reports..sometimes when reading the spec or info sheets, silicates, can be written up as an ingredient outlining its benefits etc...but when looking at the MSDS, there is no mention of it
