Cars almost always feel smoother immediately after an oil change. The question is not whether the new Castrol Edge feels smoother than the M1 you drained out, but whether it feels smoother than the fresh M1 you put in.

I have a 00 Lexus GS 300 that calls for GL5 straight 90 wt in the rear diff. I can't find straight 90 weight anywhere. I do however have the AMSOIL 80w90 leftover for my other car. Does anyone see a problem using this, specifically in higher temperatures? thanks

Their website states a life of 100,000 miles for the oil filter. Is this a valid claim? I wouldn't let it go that long. But would it last longer than the average filter in anyone's experience- maybe 15-20K?
