If the oil is still in the the bike I would keep going. When I rode, the Amsoil was the best oil as my bike shared the sump and it improved shifting. How long has the oil been in the pan?

Insolubles seems high at only 5k. What oil filter were you using? Forgot to ask, is this SM or SN M1?

What was the first oil on the report?

8000 is a simple number too and the M1 would have no problem doing.

Popped in to say I test drove the 2013 GTI and really liked it. I thought it was over priced, along with a few other issues, but a lot of fun to drive.
