    Mosin Nagant Rifles

I have about 100 rounds through mine. Because of my poor eyesight it is capable of better grouping than I can shoot using iron sights. I'll shoot 2 or 3, 4-5" groups at 50 yards, then the next thing you know I'll have a shot plum off the paper. When the current ammunition crisis/craze started...

    Ammo is pouring in

Last night at the local Cabelas. Shelf full of 9mm, $11.95/50, don't remember the brand. They also had a shelf full of .40, some 357, some 38, 25, 32 and 45 acp. This is the largest selection I have seen on their shelves for months. No .22 and what 223 that was there was several $ more per 20...

I thought the Ruger Mini 14 and Mini 30 actions were based on the M-1 Carbine, but you guys are saying it's based on the M-1 Garand?

    Loudest gun?

.35 Whelen shot from a box stand, with the muzzle slightly out the window. Hunting with my nephew earlier this week he took his first deer. My ears are still ringing.

Secondly: The local Cabela's advertised a telescopic sight for the SKS, I was under the impression that because of the way the SKS...

    SKS Carbine

Got a second SKS--- this one is a Yugo model I think. Wooden stock, bayonet attached, got the whole "kit" with it. Stripper clips, oil can, cleaning kit, sling, ammunition pouch. Plus a real nice hard case for storage. So this make 2 SKSs and 1 Mosin Nagant.
