With such a low mileage on my car. Is it alright to do a rinse and clean phase?

I have been using LC20 on my car since day one. Curently the mileage is 17,000km. I have intention to use Auto-Rx instead. By doing that, do I need to do a clean and rinse phase or could I jus add 3 Oz of Auto-Rx in my next oil change?

I guess I will just continue to use 0w20 oil since the manual recommends it and there are no reasons not to use it after reading what you guys have posted. Thanks
