Seems like an illogical reason to not purchase a particular brand of oil. Or anything for that matter.

Mine has 121k on it. Only issues I have are I believe a bad abs module and I have exhaust manifold gasket leak. Great oil pressure. Like yours slight tap when hasn’t been started in like a week. I recently replaced my valve cover gaskets and the valve train is spotless.

Is she the one physically dumping in Pennzoil? If not throw something else in there.

I don't understand the decision to own a newer vehicle and then buy dino oil to save like 2 bucks, and then push the OCI further out. But it is your vehicle, so rock on.
