how much snow till you don't go out?

Originally from NE Ohio. Now live in the south and I love it… it’s 73 degrees currently. But to add to the OPs question. They shut everything down if they even call for any snow. It’s comical.

    Tamper seal cap

Seems like an illogical reason to not purchase a particular brand of oil. Or anything for that matter.

    It's AFM week.

Mine has 121k on it. Only issues I have are I believe a bad abs module and I have exhaust manifold gasket leak. Great oil pressure. Like yours slight tap when hasn’t been started in like a week. I recently replaced my valve cover gaskets and the valve train is spotless.

    Oil for 72 Corvette

Yeah I think I’m gonna do the other cars first then the corvette so I can see if there’s a manual with it. Yes it was the last year for the chrome bumpers. I’ll grab a pic of it when I get the chance. The one thing I remember when driving it was the clutch is STIFF!!!

    Oil for 72 Corvette

I do know it’s all original. I’ve driven it before it’s pretty fun to drive. Not as powerful as I would have thought though.

    Oil for 72 Corvette

This is summer only, but didn’t want to go super thick. Sort of wanted a happy medium. And I’m in the south, so we don’t have cold winters at all.

    Oil for 72 Corvette

I get the privilege of changing oils in a few of the family’s sports cars over the holidays. One of them is 72 corvette stingray with the 350 in it. Oil change history is… not good. It runs well but it’s been several years since it’s been changed, and unknown what oil. I was going to go with...

    Ford 3.5L at 31k miles / SuperTech 5w-20 at 11.8k miles

I don't understand the decision to own a newer vehicle and then buy dino oil to save like 2 bucks, and then push the OCI further out. But it is your vehicle, so rock on.

    Cordless ratchet

Because I wanted an extended reach ratchet, and batteries for the HF are 25 bucks.

    Cordless ratchet

I was in this same boat. I was getting ready to change the valve cover gaskets on my 04 Silverado with an LS 4.8 in it. Truck sits up high and I needed something to help me out. Rather than shelling out over 400 for a Milwaukee that won't get a ton of use, I decided to take a chance on a harbor...

    It's AFM week.

When I was shopping for a truck, the lack of AFM is one of the main reasons I bought an 04 Silverado with a gen 3 LS engine.

    Castrol news on amazon

I guess the question is it the same exact oil just a different name? And will it retain the DexOS certification? Unlike pennzoil full synthetic.

Costco Gas - Very much worth the membership cost.

Not sure which sams you’re going to but I know the one at Sandhills is stupid when you try to get gas there. Not only is it small, but you add in the idiots like you mentioned and it gets real dumb, real quick. I drive by the Costco every day and get gas there. Much better. I’ve only had to wait...
