If an oil had a cold starting thickness of 84cst @ 40c,would it be a little thicker at a typical outside ambient temperature of say 20c when starting the car?

I had looked at the triple QX oil,but can't find any data sheets on it,but if it's the same spec as the Petronas then it's worth looking at.So if i have this correct,i could pour in about 100ml of UK Paraffin and idle for a few mins before draining the oil?
