To be honest I haven't seen many UOA's of the Formula Shell oil, so I really can't comment. But if I were in your shoes, I'd pick the Chevron Supreme. Not only is it cheap ($0.69/qt), the UOA's of this oil are also very good.

I'll be the 5th to recommend 303. I use it on all my interior and exterior plastic. I also use it as a tire dressing. 303 isn't as expensive when you buy it by the gallon.

That's what I was thinking. But I've been told before that on older cars where the ATF has never been changed, that changing it could actually do harm to the transmission.

A rule of thumb with Honda/Acura TB's is to replace them every 90K miles. Also, change the waterpump too.

You also should drain the coolant from the block. While you're at it you should also replace the thermostat.

Stay away from Bendix IQ pads. I put them on my Acura and my rims are caked with dust.

What about vehicles where you can't change the filter?? On my Acura there is only a drain bolt and no way to drop the pan.
